SHOT OF THE DAY – GORDES, FRANCE

This is a very early ‘shot of the day’, dating back to 2008 during our honeymoon. Taken just after sunset, I wanted to capture the beauty of the lit up buildings and some of the surrounding Provincial landscape. Gordes is perched on top of a mountain, as many villages in France are, and the history here is astounding.

France, and our honeymoon, was all about walking places, eating local food and really capturing the atmosphere that simply we don not get in Australia. A place I dearly want to return to. This was my ‘loved up’ shot of the day!
