SHOT OF THE DAY – BROOKLYN BRIDGE

New York is an incredible city, but I have to say, my wife and I really loved Brooklyn. The smaller, more intimate feel, the beautiful old stone buildings, the amazing food (the pizza to die for!!) and of course, the incredible views looking back over that city.

On a very cold night (waiting for our pizza restaurant booking!), I set up my tripod on the river bank looking back over New York city and the beautiful Brooklyn Bridge and traditional carousel in the foreground for this shot of the day.

I used a longer shutter speed of 32 seconds and shot it with my Leica 21mm Super Elmar (read the review of this fantastic lens HERE).
