SHOT OF THE DAY – LAKE ARROWHEAD, CALIFORNIA

I have taken A LOT of photos around Lake Arrowhead the surrounding mountains and lakes since covid struck in 2020. My wife and I were lucky enough to purchase a cabin at Lake Arrowhead right before covid and used it as a great getaway during the pandemic to live there full time and over weekends and breaks to help change up the view of four walls we had at thome!

I took this photo shortly after purchasing my Hasselblad 503CW online from Japan (a covid purchase!!) and shot it with one of my all time, and sadly no longer produced, films – Fuji PRO400H.

Thankfully I still have a few boxes hidden away in the fridge for a trip somewhere this year, but I love the light and even the lens flare, which is something I don’t normally go for, but for me, it just seems to work on this image.
