SHOT OF THE DAY – ESPRESSO BAR, MELBOURNE

Pellegrini’s Espresso Bar is a small cafe on Bourke Street in Melbourne, Australia. In a city that prides itself on its coffee and food (and it is awesome!) is one of the most iconic destinations to experience this mecca of coffee!

Established in 1954, it is claimed to be the first Melbourne cafe to use an espresso machine and was later expanded in 1958 to the size it is today.

I posted this article as I will be back in Melbourne visiting Chris and family for the first time in 5 years. Australia’s lockdowns and covid has made travel hard, so it will be great to finally revisit my old home town and show Chris how to take good photo again!
